Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun

Total episodes : 12 episodes with +- 20 min/episode
Special episodes : 6 episodes with +- 3 min/episode

High school student Chiyo Sakura who has a crush on her schoolmate, Umetaro Nozaki but when she confesses her love to him, he mistakenly her for a fan and gives her an autograph. When she says that she always wants to be with him, he invites her to his house and has her help on some drawings. Chiyo discovers that Nozaki is actually a renowned shoujo manga artist named Sakiko Yumeno. She then agrees to be his assistant in order to get closer to him. As they work on his manga Let's Fall in Love, they encounter other schoolmates who assist them or serve as inspirations for characters in the stories.

I've seen a lot of review saying that this anime is the best with its homur on every episode. However, this anime does not suits my expectation. They only have 12 episodes with +- 20 min/episode and i finished it within 3 days (The longest time to finish 12 episode's series -.-).

This series made me bore easily maybe due to the protagonist (Nozaki-kun) is a dense character. I mean seriously! you're a shoujo manga artist why would you so stupid to know that Chiyo had a feelings for you!  I like Chiyo tho, she have this spirited going to make sure that Nozaki-kun realised her.

Mikorin is a good looking guy and i thought he's going to fall in love with Sakura in order to spice up this series. UNFORTUNATELY!! His interest is only on anime figure and online games -.- and his part does not appeal much

There is special episode tho and i think they're better compared to the real series

What i expected?

THIS!!
(yeah i know it's in the episode but seriously! it's on the last episode!!!!!) i wish its started from the beginning with nozaki also had a feeling for Sakura

or

THIS!!
(thx to http://cosmickenma.tumblr.com/)
[ But Mikorin is perveted LOL]

I'm sorry if I don't like this series (to: Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun fans) well other people have their own opinion right?

Manga?
Since i'm not into READING so i didn't read it tho but feel free to share your experience on reading it wether its diff from the anime (i would read it) but if its the same like the anime i don't think i would read it.

I always love character like Chiyo Sakura! and i dont favour tsundere female character.

Rating?
From my opinion i would give 5/10

Daa! Daa! Daa!

Daa! Daa! Daa! or UFO Baby is the first anime i watched years ago (memories). THE ONLY ANIME I WATCHED. I'm not a fan of anime before but 2 years back i started to search UFO Baby insanely. It's hard to find it since the last 2 episode does not have subtitles -.-
Then i found it but i forgot the link. Gomenasai!

Why i love so much this series?

They flashback my memories when i'm in middle school and Kanata and Miyu are so sweet! I love when Kanata is always protecting Miyu and you can see how much Kanata loves Miyu and it's all about friendship and love.

Miyu Kouzuki is an 8th-grade student whose parents leave for the United States to work for NASA and arrange for her to stay with their long-time family friend, Hōsho Saionji (a monk who lives in an old temple atop a hill). However, the monk leaves soon after for India on a year-long voyage, leaving Miyu to stay in the same house with his son, Kanata.
Suddenly a UFO lands – transporting an alien baby, Ruu, and his cat-like "sitter pet", Wannya. They arrive after being separated from their home planet, Otto, when it falls into an interplanetary worm hole (a time warp which can transport objects across several regions, planets and time planes). They cannot return to their home planet because it is too difficult to reach; Wannyā asks Kanata and Miyu to allow them to stay in their house, and they agree. Miyu and Kanata learn from Wannyā that people from Planet Otto look identical to human beings, and that Wannyā can also transform into human beings, animals and objects.
Miyu and Kanata feel deep love for Baby Ruu, who also cares for them – thinking of them as his parents due to their similar looks – and they go to great lengths to help and protect him and Wannya. As the story progresses the group are often involved in comedic and funny situations, but their sense of family deepens. The story ends with a rescue team from outer space coming to Earth and returning Ruu and Wanya to Otto safely. Miyu goes to boarding school alone. However, years later Miyu and Kanata reunite, marry and have a daughter named Miu; they also reunite with Wanya and Ruu (thanks to Wikipedia)

Best scene

(Ep 5)
Kanata and Miyu had alone moment when Ruu&Wanya went to MomoLand

(Ep 16)
Kanata save Miyu from falling tree they kissed :)

(Ep 25)
Kanata and Miyu brought Ruu to the Mall. They had to stick to each other because of Ruu

(Ep 27)
Ruu's real parents came

(Ep 33 & 34)
Kanata's childhood friend came and Miyu's jealous!!

 (Ep 36)
Miyu fell from the cliff and Kanata went to save her while Santa is searching for help

(Ep 45)

(Ep 73)

*total episode is 78

What i dislike?

1. They skip the life of Kanata and Miyu during high school. I wish they make the episode of Miyu and Kanata in high school.

2. I hate the part where their pet (Pepo) came. The pet is annoying lol

3. They don't have a reaaaaaall kiss part (well almost all shoujo anime i guess)

The manga?

I read it but i guess the anime are more interesting. The manga is quite slow, boring and unrealistic maybe?

However, thanks to this anime i started to search more anime :)

and maybe i'm more to shoujo?

This song is enough to flashback my childhood memories

Rating : 9/10
